Remote Therapeutic Monitoring covers therapy adherence and response — musculoskeletal and respiratory systems most commonly — rather than physiologic readings, and can be furnished by a broader set of practitioners than RPM.
Post-discharge readmission-reduction programs frequently sit here rather than under RPM.
